OKLAHOMA COUNTY TREATMENT COURTS TRANSFER POLICIES

Out of State Transfers: We do not accept out of state transfers

In State Transfers: Transfers from other counties will only be considered if the following criteria and conditions are met:

• The Defendant resides or works in Oklahoma County.

• The out-of-county prosecutor speaks with our office and recommends transfer.

• The out-of-county prosecutor is willing to transfer full jurisdiction – not just supervision – to our court.

• The out-of-county prosecutor provides our office with a current NCIC for the Defendant.

• The Defendant’s Offender Screening must be provided to us.

• If these conditions are met, our office will determine eligibility consistent with our policies and procedures
