The Treatment Court program is a combined effort of the District Court, District Attorney’s office, Public Defender’s office, Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services, the Department of Corrections, Oklahoma City Police Department, the Oklahoma County Sheriff, and the Oklahoma City County Health Department as well as our community based treatment providers.

The rumor that Treatment Court sets you up to fail is not true. We believe that you deserve to have this opportunity to address your substance use disorder with holistic services – hopefully improving the quality of life for you and your loved ones and breaking the cycle of addiction and incarceration.
